To begin the process of optimization, we'll need to first analyze your business based on a number of factors, such as finding out if and where you're listed, keyword density, competition level etc. If for any reason your application is denied, you will receive a full refund of the set-up fee. If you are approved (usually takes about 24 business hours) you will be promptly contacted by a Listing Analyst. You are automatically covered by our extended 90 day guarantee, which means if you are not listed on the first page of both Yahoo Local and Google Maps after 90 days, you will receive a full refund of the setup fee as well as any monthly payments which have been assessed.
